Subscription Box Shipping
Subscription boxes are usually sent out in bulk at predetermined intervals, and their shipping costs are calculated independently from non-subscription products. Therefore, if you purchase snack boxes and non-subscription items at the same time, you might incur two separate shipping charges.

Shipping of Food Products from China
Sending food from China incurs a higher shipping fee than regular items. We continually strive for better shipping solutions. However, we offer our snacks at very competitive prices. Thus, we encourage you to purchase multiple items at once to maximize your value. For most countries, enjoy free shipping for orders over 150 dollars. Some countries receive free shipping for orders over 300 dollars.
Delivery Obligations
Customers must ensure availability to receive orders. If an alternative address is necessary, it must be provided when ordering or by promptly informing the local postal service of any changes. YumsBox is not liable for issues arising from the recipient's absence and will not cover delivery costs or provide refunds under such conditions.
Customs and Delivery Issues
Before ordering, please make sure you are familiar with the local and national customs regulations. Refunds may be withheld if packages are returned due to customs issues or the courier's inability to contact the customer.
Global Delivery Times
Delivery times generally range from 5-25 days but may extend up to 6 weeks depending on location, weather, customs checks, and other external factors. YumsBox is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local governments.
Local Delivery and Package Acceptance

Couriers may deliver packages without requiring a signature, opting instead to leave them at your doorstep or in a secure location. YumsBox is not responsible for any loss or theft of packages once they are deemed delivered.

Customs Clearance and Duties
YumsBox manages customs clearance and duties for most countries, allowing you to conveniently receive your packages at home without hassle. However, there is a small chance of customs-related issues in certain countries, such as Switzerland and Norway, where you may be required to provide a personal tax number to assist with customs processing.
