2. Account and Purchase Information:

  • By making a purchase, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information for all transactions. This includes maintaining up-to-date delivery address, email, and credit card details. YumsBox may withhold refunds for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

3. Delivery Obligations:

  • Customers must ensure availability for receiving orders. If an alternative address is necessary, it must be provided at the time of ordering or by promptly informing the local postal service of any changes. YumsBox is not responsible for delivery issues due to recipient absence and will not provide refunds or cover delivery costs under such circumstances.

4. Customs and Delivery Issues:

  • Ensure understanding of local and national customs regulations before ordering. Refunds may be withheld if packages are returned due to customs issues or inability to contact the customer.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • YumsBox cannot accommodate changes or cancellations to orders once placed, and is not responsible for errors made during or after the purchase process.

6. Public Posts and Litigation:

  • Customers must not publicly post information about denied claims, as such actions could lead to litigation.

7. Global Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times range from 5-25 days, potentially extending up to 6 weeks due to factors like location, weather, and customs. YumsBox is not liable for duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local governments.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Contact us immediately if your package has not arrived or is damaged. We respond within 1-2 days, but resolution may take up to 15 working days as we often need to file a claim with the courier.

9. Product Specifications and Packaging:

  • Product packaging or specifications may be updated. Any changes will maintain or exceed the quantity ordered.

10. Product Images and Availability:

  • Images on our website are for reference only. We strive to provide correct products, but availability is subject to stock and may not always match images shown.

11. Subscription Details:

  • Subscriptions feature initial and recurring payments, authorized at specified intervals. Subscriptions automatically continue until paused or canceled.

12. Subscription Management:

  • Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime via your Yumsbox account or by contacting us. Cancellations need to be made 3 business days before your next billing date to be effective the following month. No refunds for late cancellations.

13. Local Delivery and Package Acceptance:

  • Familiarize yourself with local courier methods and monitor tracking information. Delivery confirmation relies on courier tracking. Couriers may deliver without a signature, leaving packages in a secure location. YumsBox is not responsible for loss or theft of packages once delivered. Customers are responsible for claims regarding packages lost after delivery.
